Harassment and Discrimination Policy
Friction
Components and Systems Ltd deplores all forms of Workplace
Harassment and Discrimination and seeks to ensure that the
working environment is free of harassment, discrimination
and intimidation for all of its employees.
The
'Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Complaints Procedure'
informs employees of the type of behaviour that is unacceptable
and provides employees who are victims of Workplace Harassment
or Discrimination with a means of redress.
Copies
of this policy and the complaints procedure document are available
on staff notices.
The
specific 'Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Policy'
forms an addendum to the Company's Equal Opportunities Policy,
available on request from management.
Implementation
of this policy is the responsibility of all managers within
the Company.
Company
owners are responsible for organising the appropriate communication
and training of all employees about this policy and procedures,
as well as for co-ordinating the investigation of all claims
of Workplace Harassment and Discrimination.
All
employees are required to comply with this policy and to take
appropriate measures to ensure that such behaviour does not
occur.
Any
employee who violates this policy will be subject to disciplinary
action up to an including summary dismissal.
