Friction Components and Systems Asbestos-Free Woven Brake Linings are fitted succesfully onto many applications within the mining industry, including winders and haulages, where asbestos based materials were thought to be the only suitable material.
Available with a Brass or Zinc wire inclusion and in non-metallic form, Friction Components braking materials are produced in a wide range of sizes up to 25 mm, (1inch) thick and 510 mm (20 inch) wide.
Linings can be supplied in rolls, cut pieces or machined radiussed 
segments, complete with internally bonded keeper plates.
